Gathering Together: Video: “Wild Foods Pizza Party at the Eastern Light Project”
On this Joyful Sunday, we gathered together with our friends from the Eastern Light Project who are working together to create a sustainable community. We used their hand made cob oven to make our pizzas. Besides using traditional dough and cheese, we added some violets, virginia pepperweed, virginia creeper, sorrel, purslane, and lambsquarters as toppings.
